What we eat and drink is a central feature of our identities. In recognition of the importance of food and drink to the cultural identity of Greater New Orleans and beyond, SoFAB Media, the Jefferson Parish Library, and Jefferson Parish Television (JPTV) have partnered to produce CULINARY LEGACIES. Each episode documents the life and thoughts of a culinary legend and is filmed before a live audience. Food and drink luminaries whose work has made a lasting impact on the region's culinary culture treat viewers to an in-depth and entertaining interview. The show airs on JPTV and streams worldwide on the SoFAB Institute and Jefferson Parish websites.

In Culinary Crimes, Courtney and a rotating cast of 2 Smosh Family members (and an occasional guest) try to deduce changes made to 3 dishes that were picked out from various sources on the internet. They must read the briefing, see the crime scene, guess the swaps, and then give appropriate punishments to whoever proposed the changes.

Two or more chefs face off against each other in front of a live audience where they must create a five course meal using 3 secret ingredients selected by a panel of celebrity judges.

Kings will tell the story of the nation of Israel, from the moment when the last judge, the prophet Samuel, is used by God to guide His people, to the sad fall of Jerusalem, caused by the armies of Babylon.
